Bio

Tiffany Cao is a Senior Philanthropy Advisor at Give2Asia advising and leading research services for Fortune 500 companies to build their philanthropic and ESG strategies in the China region, including Taiwan and Hong Kong. To date, she has managed a grantmaking portfolio of over $7 million. In 2022, she led partnerships and program development to support the personal and educational growth of children in India and Indonesia. 

Prior to Give2Asia, Tiffany worked at HAN Skincare Cosmetics, a private beauty label at the forefront of affordable clean beauty. As the Marketing & Operations (and everything in between) Specialist, she drove the brand’s long-term, nonprofit partnerships with Bay Area organizations and promoted inclusive influencer relationships. 

Tiffany began her career in program operations in the nonprofit sector at Wishbone, a San Francisco-based organization working to send underprivileged high school students to quality summer enrichment programs.

Other notable, formative professional experiences include internships with UNICEF Timor-Leste in Dili, leading a maternal health program post-mortem, and Association CAMELEON in Paris, supporting sponsor communications.

Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree in international relations from Stanford University and master’s in international education development from the University of Pennsylvania. She currently resides in San Diego, CA.
